Golden milk is not only satisfying and delicious, its full of healthy goodness too! Great for when you’re feeling under the weather, craving something sweet or just need something warm and soothing. This recipe is easy because it doesn’t require any prep or straining. Just plop all the ingredients in a saucepan, boil, whisk, cover and let steep. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of ground ginger and cardamom
Pinch of fresh cracked pepper
pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
2 Cups Milk of your choice (I used Hemp milk)
